The Story of HotBoxFood

HotBoxPizza was founded in 2022 by Wyatt Bare. We serve Neapolitan wood-fired pizza with an American twist, while still staying true to authenticity. We believe that the secret to a great pizza is simple, high quality ingredients. We don’t hide our recipes because pizza is an art, and we rely on our techniques and intuition with our wood-fired oven to give you the best product possible.

Wyatt Bare

Wyatt Bare is the founder of HotBoxFood and has been cooking professionally since he was 16. He has culinary experience in multiple cuisines but specializes in pizza, working with multiple styles of pizza in different restaurants across the country. His goal is to share his love of food with his customers and eventually open a restaurant worthy of a Michelin star.
